Saxenda® 秀身達減肥針 (利拉鲁肽 3.0mg), 获美国 FDA 及欧洲药物管理局 EMA 批准用於体重管理，内含类似GLP-1的药物，有助达到饱腹感，可降低吃进过多热量，抑制食欲(1-4)。 临床研究结果显示，每日注射1次利拉鲁肽 3.0mg，再配合调整饮食方式及体能运动，平均1年可降低体重约9%，当中更有1成半的参与者，体重成功降低超过15%(5)
利拉鲁肽 3.0mg 最常见的不良反应(4)包括恶心/呕吐丶便秘/腹泻等。一般属轻微的不良反应，通常会在几天或几星期後，身体适应药物後便会消失，可透过递增剂量的方法缓减不良反应发生的机会。如果使用利拉鲁肽3.0mg後感到恶心，可采取以下方法(6)以缓解不适症状：
