SAXENDA® 秀身達減肥針 (利拉魯肽 3.0mg), 獲美國 FDA 及歐洲藥物管理局 EMA 批准用於體重管理，內含類似GLP-1的藥物，有助達到飽腹感，可降低吃進過多熱量，抑制食慾(1-4)。 臨床研究結果顯示，每日注射1次利拉魯肽 3.0mg，再配合調整飲食方式及體能運動，平均1年可降低體重約9%，當中更有1成半的參與者，體重成功降低超過15%(5)。
利拉魯肽 3.0mg 最常見的不良反應(4)包括噁心/嘔吐、便秘/腹瀉等。一般屬輕微的不良反應，通常會在幾天或幾星期後，身體適應藥物後便會消失，可透過遞增劑量的方法緩減不良反應發生的機會。如果使用利拉魯肽3.0mg後感到噁心，可採取以下方法(6)以緩解不適症狀:
