Sylfirm X is the world’s first and only FDA cleared dual wave RF micro needling system. Unlike the conventional RF microneedling system that only comes with CW (continuous waves), the Sylfirm X also equipped with PW (pulse waves) system for treating pigmented and vascular lesions, such as melasma and rosacea, as well as CW mode targeting skin rejuvenation, tightening, lifting and scar treatments.
Sylfirm X adopted bipolar non-insulated micro needle electrodes to cover all dermal layers with uniform electric field; thus, maximize the results specifically for vascular pigmentation during PW and skin rejuvenation during CW modes. The micro needles are precisely produced by robotic system, which delivers evenly-leveled electrodes to penetrate an accurate targeted depth during treatment.
The PW mode creates a soft coagulation selectively in basal layer and upper dermis, where basement membrane and abnormal small blood vessels are coagulated, with no noticeable effects on surrounded tissue. On the other hand, the CW mode creates wide, independent coagulation around each electrode, which penetrates into deep dermis, promoting skin rejuvenation.
